Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Therapeutic Coaching Solution (TCS), we value your time and commitment to personal and professional growth. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

1️. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice (2 days) if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

2️. Group Sessions & Workshops

  • For corporate/group sessions, cancellations must be made at least 5 working days in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, clients may request to reschedule without penalty.
